Support

One person makes Rivals, and reads everything.

The fastest route is inside the app: Settings → Message the developer. It reaches me directly, and a message written offline still arrives.

Purchases

Paid for Rivals Unlimited or a rewind and it did not unlock? Open Settings → Restore Purchases on the device signed into the Apple Account that bought it. Rewinds keep their balance on the device that bought them. If Restore says there is nothing to restore, you are signed into a different Apple Account than the one that paid.

Your runs

Runs are saved on your device, never deleted on update, and backed up automatically. Settings → Export a backup gives you a copy you control; Import a backup restores it on a new device.

Notifications

Rivals sends at most one reminder, when a run has been left unfinished for about a day. Turn it off in iOS Settings → Notifications → Rivals.
